Your parcel shipping
The delivery is done only after payment confirmation by SPTD banking institution.
Except in case of force majeure or during the online store closed period that will be clearly announced on the website homepage, shipments delay will be those listed below, while stock last.
Shipments delay shall run from the registration date of order indicated in the email order confirmation.
For the deliveries in metropolitan France, the delay shall be 7 business days for a pick-up& Go delivery and 2 business days, or 48h for a GLS delivery as of the day following the buyer’s order.
Claims and returns
Any claims must be made to SPTD through e-mail (contact@o-mur.com) or postal service within 48h after reception of the goods.
The item must be returned as new, complete, in its original condition and packaging after receipt and confirmation of after-sales service SPTD agreement. The item returned will be accompanied by a return voucher fixed on the parcel and must be in the condition in which SPTD delivered it. The buyer will be reimbursed for return postal charges no later than 30 days after SPTD item reception.
